Guarding Against Hackers Posing As MOTTO Scam

Dear Sir/madam,

Thank you very much for your trust and support in Shenzhen Motto Electronics Co., Ltd. We are very sorry to hear that our company just received a case from our customer that swindler imitated "Shenzhen Motto Electronics Co., Ltd." ,  

and our G.M. name James Lee to sign contract and proforma invoice, also in name of our company Skype ID to communicated with our customer. Furthermore tricker provided their bank account which do not belong to our company for our client.

The fake signature and company chop as per below. 

Hereby we would like to declare that:

1)We never have above kind of company chop.

2)If we will change our company bank account, we are sure to send bank account self-declaration with company RED ROUND chop (Chinese only) from our company email officially,also we will keep communicated by WhatsApp, 

WeChat, or Telephone directly from our sales window. Normally we will not use Motto company chatting account to discuss order details. All customers will be allocated a salesman beside G.M. Jame Lee and Director Richard Xiao.
